Though we didn't go trick-or-treating, Rhys still got dressed up to hand out candy. We also went to Zoo Boo at the zoo on Sunday so some of these pictures are from then.
Well, kind of. Rhys started taking more than 2-3 steps today. We've waited almost 14 months for this so Ryan and I are kind of excited. He's still a ways away from walking on his own but this is a good start.
Feel free to turn down the sound so you don't have to hear my lovely voice...and please excuse the attire, I was getting ready to go for a run.
Nora comes to play with Rhys every Monday while Uncle Nate and Aunt Ema are working. I try to find activities that they can both participate in...sometimes they are a success but honestly, most of the time they fail. Last Monday I hit the jackpot and they managed to play together with little to no crying involved.
Rhys and Nora in concert...
Rhys showing Nora how his new toy works.
I never realized how much bigger Rhys was than Nora until I saw this picture...is my son a giant?
And I had to include this one for Uncle Nate...see, Rhys isn't always the bully...Nora has a little "aggressiveness" in her as well.
Yesterday was Rhys's first birthday. It's so sad to see him growing up so fast but so exciting at the same time. Here's a video I made of his first year.
